Looks like a  Warbler but i can't match the sound

This sound has been bothering me for more than  10 years, today I decided to do something.

I have a few images but they are really bad!

Its a Pine Warbler which can sound like a Chipping Sparrow or even a Dark-eyed Junco. Usually found up high and is one of the earliest Warblers to arrive

Thank you very much! They seem to be everywhere up there by the beach.

You Solved a long standing issue because I could never spot one until just the other day.

There are chipping sparrows there as well but they have a very different call.

I spent most of the day looking out over into the Trees across the lane in the hope of getting a shot of a Red Headed Woodpecker. I know they are there! I heard one today but I wasn't able to capture sound or any images.
There was way to much background noise for audio "Leaf blowers"
