I have the above that has been coming to my peanut feeder for the last couple of days.  Not complaining at all, but do not remember seeing one come to the feeder before.  Could have and I just never saw it.  Got the usual Downey, Hairy, RBWP.  Even coming thru on migration.  I always associated them more north too, AP etc.  Or they have just escaped my observations.

Good birding and stay safe!!!!

Rarely get to see a YBSS and then only in the fall, or early spring (April).
As yourself, I expected them during migration assuming that they breed
farther north, such as AP. You lucky stiff!

They are more common a bit further north but breed in forested areas just north of Toronto (for example Happy Valley in York Region) and even further south, like in the Long Point area.
