Did I identify them correctly?
This was near Six Mile Lake

Could be a juvenile (immature) Red-eyed Vireo. Certainly a Vireo.
I'm thinking Cooper's Hawk in transition from juvenile to adult.

That's likely it. I do feel that the hawk is smaller than Cooper's which I saw from time to time in Toronto.
