Wow, so nice. Where are they? I really would like to see a lark
And video is such a treat. Those guys are so happy, the little hops are the cutest!

These ones were in Elgin County, but you can see Horned Larks anywhere in the countryside. They like the fields and often come to roads to feed after snowfalls, so they are easier to find then. North of Toronto they become more common in February when they start migrating north.

Video of the feeding Larks is really nice - I see them most often in this kind of habitat. The other day (Dec 25) I saw a group of 15 Snow Buntings in Downsview Park, in the open field just south of Motor Vehicle Office.
