The blue colour in butterflys are not actually a result of pigment, but rather the result of micro-structures on the surface that trap wavelengths of light that are longer than those in the blue part of the spectrum. When they get wet, these structures are temporarily disrupted, so the blue colour seems to fade or may disappear completely.
Don't worry, the colour will come back good-as-new once it drys.
