I was northwest of the Brickworks about halfway between Governor's Bridge and the railway bridge and there were a bunch of Eastern Screech Owls chattering beside the trail at 9:15 pm.

I don't know if they were juveniles because I could hardly see them. It was too dark and I was not carrying anything to provide light.

I went back to that area  tonight and saw lots of Screech Owls flying around but I would not consider them to be juveniles. I had my cellphone but it is no good for wildlife photography so I took a picture of a lovely piece of artwork in the ravine instead.

Probably a family, I don't think they would be in a group otherwise.

I can't be certain of course but that motherboard looks like part of a guidance system for the 'Top Secret' Silly-drone. When deployed over enemy lines all the combatants drop their weapons and laugh themselves into hysteria. The project was shelved because even the manufacturer couldn't take it seriously. At some point after cancellation select components must have been discarded. By the way, the mother-board is upside down, but that's just silly. Man, it still works!

Since I know the area well, I took a walk there this evening.

I heard some owl calling north of the railway bridge, but it was not near the trail.
