Maybe I am wrong.  :o

This is my favorite place in Niagara Falls. If you don't like the crowds, you can seek peace and quite among the stunning boulders, enchanted forest and turquoise water. You will be amazed by the dramatic and rugged beauty.  Some may even find birds.

But it's not for the faint of heart.  8)

Glad to see that you are feeling better and suitably adventurous.  I can see why they insist upon patrons getting a permit, and a waiver of liability because to negotiate that trail places you in great peril, and therefore they would be reluctant to let you enter because the hike would just be too... too .... perilous.  It sounded better when John Cleese said it.  Again, I'm thinking, you are descending and therefore, eventually, you will need to climb back out.  You never film that part.

Whey to go, ending part #1 on a cliff-hanger.  Well, not exactly a cliff, but the event horizon of a black hole that might lead to another dimension ... a dimension of darkness, a dimension of complete silence, you may be entering ... the Twilight Zone.  The sound of the chopper sort of spoils the prehistoric illusion.  Some sound effects would be great.  Jungle sounds.  Strident strings from violins ... an approaching Theropod.  Ripples in the puddle.  Cue the chopper.  No, not that one, the one in the air ... I'm down here, gesticulate wildly, jump up and down, shout out "I'm down here".  As if the pilot is going to hear you shouting.  These films are so unrealistic.  Sorry, not yours, just the one in my head.  When does part #2 come out?

Thanks for your comments! Glad it gives you some entertainment and even some "dark thoughts".  8)

Only a rock climber has to get a permit. If you only go for a hike, it's free. It will be very difficult to find the trails, therefore it officially opens from sunrise to sunset.

I still have many clips which I have not even looked at. But some were very unstable on the rocky path in the dark forest. I may go back to re-film when there are less leaves. Not sure yet.

Even though my health is not stable, I always feel better when I am active outdoors.

I concur on that note.  Besides, stable is over-rated and there are too many horses around, and then there's the other stuff.  Oops, too late.  Sand will get that right out.

Perhaps I should not walk and film at the same time in low light. If I do it again, I will likely find an interesting spot and focus on one place at a time.  I will try.
