Still at the beach roasting
Last evening I was having a chat with a neighbour when a Cedar waxwing landed in the tree across the lane, I have been hearing them for a week now.
Mystery bird from a distance looked like a Purple Finch went for camera but was gone after I returned. My wife had a better look at than I did.
Otherwise every thing is normal lots of Chickadee's, Goldfinches, Cardinals, Red and White Breasted Nuthatches.
Extremely dry here.
note: I have never seen a House finch here
