Hi HH,

Believe it or not I'm still looking for butterflies (before I have to settle for owls and raptors). Anything interesting (other than whites and well worn sulphurs?). Btw, are you near the lakeshore? I'm in north Toronto and so far the only birds still around is a family of chickadees and the odd cardinal. I'm headed out to Edward Gardens where I had some good practice last week shooting several bluejays (don't leave home without your peanuts!!).

yeah I had a slimier experience with two squirrels they were trying to mate.  I think your blue birds and my squirrels are reacting to the weather temperatures and its tricking them to think that its spring as the temperatures replicate spring time temperatures. This weather is messing with the animals lol

Nothing spectacular.......just a few orange sulphurs.......but still, November butterflies are nice  :)  (northwest of Toronto)

I had a Red-Winged Blackbird belting out his classic territory call a couple of days ago.......not sure if he had any takers though.....lol

With some parts of the Dakotas getting 4 feet of snow yesterday.......we're doing alright  :D
