Finally today at 1pm, saw my first ever White-winged Crossbill (male) here in Mississauga just East of Mavis Rd. on the North side of Rathburn Rd. So, I can finally say that I have seen ONE!!!
He was totally going to town on a cluster of cones! Took a look around but no other males or females to be seen.
I'm feeling quite happy and excited about this sighting! Had been looking and looking with no luck until today!
