This little guy flew by our backyard feeder yesterday afternoon and I must admit it really caught me off guard!!!  I tried to get him to come over to me to get him inside the house - however no luck...  I doubt the poor little guy made it through the night.

Poor little Sweetie, obviously someone's pet - or an escapee from a local pet store (?).  Lots of hawks in Meadowvale lately too!  Should I be looking for a pile of green feathers?

In reality, some Hawk in Mississauga was probably burping Budgie last weekend!   :shock:
Lots of Cooper's and Red-tailed around lately.
