At noon today there was a very vocal Cooper's Hawk in the ravine below Glendon College, calling repeatedly from a tall snag just by the public road that goes up the hill and continues as Lawrence East. It was toward the bottom of the hill, on the south side of the road. Lots of tall pines in the vicinity--great site for a nest.
