hmmm, I'm not a good judge on this one but the closest picture I can find that looks similar is the ruby crowned kinglet, just by the way the white wing bars are.

Yes Misty01 you are correct, that is the ever-popular Ruby-crowned.  They are everywhere right now, stand by any tree for a few minutes and you'll probably see one or two.  LOL
