They look more like Turkey Vultures to me but I could be wrong.

The only ones that are Turkey vultures are #14 and #15 . For the rest there seems to be a mixture of species. For example, you've got a Coopers or Sharp-shinned hawk in #5 and a definite Red-tailed hawk in #10.

#15 is rather fuzzy. Definitely not Red Tailed Hawks, likely Turkey Vultures, but it's fuzzy enough that you could have a juv eagle.
