Hi, I saw a small (5-10 cm), black shrew or vole I believe today. I didn't get a good look of its face. Its tail was thin and almost the length of the body. It was walking in a small stream in the understorey of a small woods in farm country in Southwestern Ontario (near Chatham). Any help appreciated.
