Help Name the Heron

Seen at Col. Sam Smith Park, around 7:30 in the evening in the pond
I'm just not sure what type of heron this is...is it the Green Heron?

It looks to me like a young Black crowned night heron.

They won't change into the full adult plumage till probably next year.
