Was out photographing some deer when a shadow on the ground made me look to the sky. Managed 2 shots that werent siloettes during its fly by, so hopefully theseare enough to ID it.

Broad-winged Hawk

It looks to me like an adult Broad-winged Hawk, there'll be a lot of them on the move over the next several weeks. The shape of the bird and the banding pattern on the tail rule out Red-shouldered Hawk. Keep your eyes to the sky!
