Since I reported the Black Vulture there on the 13th a Dickcissel and a Western Kingbird have also been reported there. This end of the road middle of nowhere spot is extremely underbirded.
I have roamed around there for 3 hours and not locked my car and left a window open, and it was untouched. In the winter the red cedars are great for yellow rumped warblers, waxwings, and Purple Finches.
The waters of Soup Harbour and Lake Ontario get quite deep close to shore allowing for seaducks to feast within a few yards of shore.
Also the village of Picton has the cheapest gas in ontario.
