I went down there today and was surprised to see some birds.
2 weeks ago, my fiancee saw a kestrel at Beechwood and DVP.
today, I saw my lovely muse at his/her fishing pond (the Great Blue Heron). it was just hanging out. on close inspection, i didn't see any sign of fish in its fishing area, so I am not sure what it was doing.
also saw the local kingfisher. it was fishing in the Don River.
no sign of the pair of wood ducks, but there are still mallards.
