swainson's hawk?

Last week, a hawk/raptor landed in our wild apple tree in the backyard in central/west Toronto. We are near the west end of the beltline trail.
It has a red-toned throat. I wonder if it's a Swainson's Hawk, because of the red/brown colouring in the throat area.

Any ideas?

Apologies for the quick point-and-shoot photo.

Thanks!

The white throat is making me see a Coopers Hawk or Sharp Shinned.

It looks like an accipiter, most likely a Sharp-shinned.  Mind you, they can be difficult to distinguish even with a good look.
