Very cold yesteday day morning, but went out anyaway. A little cold aint going to keep me indoors.

Wow, I've never seen Canvasback that close to shore or even on shore for that matter. I was there yesterday too and never noticed it...what time of day were you there?

I was there first thing in the morning from 7:45 to approx 11:30.
When I go out (which is very often) I'm always on location just before the sun is up. I'm always up early.

Great shots - especially the Canvasback - such clarity around the eye.  I too find the GCK very difficult to photo - yours looks like its bouncing on a trampoline - love it!
