What Gull is this?

Would someone please let me know what kind of Gull this is (don't think it's a ring-billed) .
He was near Humber. Thanks to Moira ....this is a larger Flickr image..

Well, it kind of looks like a first winter Ring-billed, but that's a really tiny image, so it's hard to say for sure.

Sue,
In Flikr you have to double click on your picture and select "All sizes" (I think) along the top.  Then right click and copy address from properties.  This should get you a larger size image that everyone can appreciate.

I think it's a !st winter Herring Gull not a Ring-billed which would have a pink bill with black tip and there would be grey feathering in the mantle.
