He's posing nicely for you, great shot. I'm certainly no expert but the rounded tail, barrel chest and big head make me want to call this a Coopers.

Sitting so proudly.........I am King (or Queen), very nice photo. I'm no pro as well, but seems to be to large for a sharp shinned. I may be wrong too.

Nice picture, but I would say that this is a Coop, because of the larger and much darker head.

i'll admit, i am also not a hawk expert - i was going by a small handbook i had, which didn't list cooper's hawks for the GTA region!
but after looking it up, you guys are right
