This morning the Little Gulls climbed to 47 birds in the marsh. Very little
courtship and feeding was occuring. They were mostly just loafing on debris
and along the edge of the Bonaparte's Flock. There were 1336 Bonaparte's
Gull loafing on the mud spit still at 9am. I did not check what was on the
lake this morning.

also seen:
Shorebirds: 1 Killdeer, 2 Greater Yellowlegs, 1 Dunlin. 1 Pectoral
Sandpiper.

Waterfowl  smaller number than yesterday with Canada Goose, Green-winged
Teal being the most abundant

Other Species this morning : Merlin, Cooper's Hawk, Virginia Rail and Sora
