@yogistwart: It's the treed area north of the legislative building. The whole area can be good, but I usually have the most luck near the center of the park, in the trees around the horse statue. I generally follow my ears until I find a pocket of birds.
Today was another good day. The majority of the activity was in the group of trees just east of the horse statue.
