It was a nice day so went for a little walk.  There were many Cardinals and Chickadees as usual.  Also a flock of Cedar Waxwings feeding on berries, a pair of Mourning Doves, 4 or 5 downy woodpeckers, a lone robin, a dozen tree sparrows, mallards, Juncos, goldfinches, A mockingbird and a house finch.  It was a little overwelming because all of them swamed me as soon as I stepped on the board walk.  Also the park staff were cutting down old trees just inside the gate.

I think this is a female house finch, can anybody confirm?
