I found a nice variety of butterflies in the Torrance Barren last week, but I'm struggling to identify many of them.
This first group of images are at least two different individuals of at least four that were nectaring on the same clump of shrubs. I think they were Atlantis Fritillaries, but I'd welcome other opinions:
I puzzled a lot over this next one, but I think it's a Coral Hairstreak:

The toughest one is this skipper. I'm guessing it's a Northern Broken-dash:
