Many years ago I purchased two Peterson Flash Guides 'Backyard Birds' and 'Hawks'.
I have been trying to find them in and around Toronto without success.
Does anyone know where I can *definitely* buy them?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Allan,

Don't know what they're worth to you but according to their website you can buy both flash guides (plus others from the series) over the internet from Acorn Naturalists in California

I paid about $13 for each about 10 years ago.
Somebody on Ebay is selling them for 0.99 each *new* plus about $10 shipping.
The 0.99 seems way too low ... unless they are not coated (like mine).

I didn't see the backyard bird guide but they do sell the hawk one and others at Bird Studies Canada.

Thank you - Yes, I see the hawks.
I see they have a similar one to the backyard but it is in book format as opposed to flash guide.
I really like the idea of being able to unfold the card and being able to look at all of the information by simply flipping the flash guide over.
