We were at Humber East this morning and noticed a lot of "courtship" behaviour by Mallards, Buffleheads and Redheads! Let's hope this is a sure sign that spring is just around the corner. (After today's snow - that is  !! )

Sue ... Spring can't get here soon enough!  :D  It officially becomes "Spring" to me when the Red-winged Blackbirds return to Lake Aquitaine and especially when the males start attacking from the rear & pecking the back of my head!   :shock:  :lol:  They have the gall to laugh at you after doing it too!
