I found this guy (girl, i think, but anyways...)tucked away at the Spit. Not sure how I saw him - he was very hidden. Anyways, its a treat since this is the first time I've had such a candid view of a LEO.

5 to 6 feet up.

for some reason, the LEOs at the Spit (apparently) sit close to the ground (or on the ground)
