6:40 this Sunday evening we had a beautiful Osprey hovering out back over the Lovers Creek behind us. Felt very fortunate to see this so close to us. She or he wasn't that far away from us and we had a very good look at at with our binoculars for over 5 minutes or so as it hunted for fish in the creek. We have trout that run that this time of year to spawn.
We last saw it following the creek out towards Lake Simcoe.
