Had a great morning at the park. I was fortunate to come upon a group of birders who were searching for a Yellow Breasted Chat that had been reported, and sure enough, after about 15 minutes of standing and staring at the willow where it had been spotted a few times this morning, I caught sight of it for a minute or so. Here's the spot (green arrow on this map):

It seems that the bird has the ability to vanish and reappear about 15-20 minutes later, but if you are patient and lucky it's been spotted a few times feeding on the bark of the huge willow that is partly upright, but has some large branches quite low to the ground and horizontal.

Also saw a Mourning Warbler in some deciduous trees and shrubs, just slightly north west of the Power Plant building (you can see this building on the map, it's shown by the "A" marker) and many other Warblers and other species including Scarlet Tanager.

The Chat was still there at 4:30pm.  It was feeding on insects from the willow bark every time I saw it.  It was working the trunks and large branches.

Nice bird to see if it stays for another day.  It's the first one I've ever seen in Toronto.
