A fantastic morning at the park with the following highlights:

Warblers (18 species!):Golden-winged (1 stunning male jumping around in the first 2 small trees just south of the parking lot)
Wilson's (1 male in the south-west peninsula in the trees to the right of the tanagers)
Yellow-rumped, Yellow, Northern Parula, Chestnut-sided, Bay-breasted, Nashville, Tennessee, Cape May, Blackburnian, Magnolia, Black-and-white, Black-throated Blue, Black-throated Green, Pine, Palm and Common Yellowthroat

Vireos - Philadelphia, Warbling and Blue-headed

Sparrows - House, Chipping, White-throated, White-crowned, Song

9 Scarlet tanagers - 3m/1f in the southwest peninsula, 1m/1f to the right of them in the flowering shrubs and 2m/1f in the decidous trees at the entrance to the park
I don't think these have been re-counted as all the individuals were busy feeding and relaxing in different locations with no intent of flying away for the time being, I have never seen so many in one park ever!

Also blue-grey gnatcatchers, Baltimore orioles, grackles, robins, starlings, red-wing blackbirds and killdeer

Absolutely! It is one of the better parks in our city. Even the birds seem to think so :)
