Went for a hike in Rouge Park yesterday along the Vista and the Orchard trails in search of Butterflies.  Highlight was finding 2 Harvesters (North America's only carnivorous butterfly).

Wild Indigo Duskywing
Eastern Tiger Swallowtail
Cabbage White
Clouded Sulphur
Orange Sulphur
Harvester (Vista Trail woods)
Spring Azure
Silvery Blue
Northern Crescent
Question Mark
Mourning Cloak

So far this Spring, I'm only sighting Cabbage White.

Harvester is tough to come by here. Very nice. Thanks for sharing the photo.

Excellent Walter, I must try the Rouge trails.  I've only ever been once earlier this spring.  Do you find a particular time of day better for butterflies?
