As if the agricultural industry hasn't had enough problems -- I live in an agricultural community and only now are economic effects of BSE starting to subside.

I think the older adult bees are starting to question the value of altruism and this whole for the good of the colony theory and simply striking out on their own...I'm not sure if bees are like ants where workers lay eggs too which can develop into non-sexual worker larvae...

Has CBD hit Canada yet or still only in the U.S. ? And what about other continents?

I read in the Saturday Globe that CCD is caused by a pheremone released by yeast produced by the hive beetle...apparently stresses the older bees out and they flee.
