Hey, I was at a bird banding station, and while they can identify birds, Dragonflies sure aren't their specialty.  This one went around with us on our census walk, riding the shoulder of the gent I was with.  Curious on the ID for their blog, and it also seems they want to start a list of Butterfly and Dragonfly lists for the park as well.

A birth certificate shows we were born.  A death certificate shows we died.  Pictures show we live.

Cannot help with the ID, sorry.

Just wanted to say that the dragons down there seem awfully people friendly - compared to the city dragons up here.

Dragonflies are so far out of my comfort zone that it isn't funny.  But... I have a picture of a male Arrow Clubtail that looks somewhat like your fellow.

It is a Stylurus clubtail, I don't know how to go much beyond that.

This looks to me to be an Arrow Clubtail (Stylurus spiniceps).
Abdomen segments 8 & 9 have yellow side spots and S9 is longer than S8.
