I went down to St. Catharines today to checkout the juvenile Purple Gallinule reported on Ontbirds and was able to spot it when it was out in the open for a while. A lifer for me. Other birds of note in the area was Belted Kingfisher, Hermit Thrush, Golden-crowned Kinglet, Brown Creeper and White-throated Sparrow.
