cool....I have not seen a fox in two years! Before that, I would usually see them at least a few times a year hanging around the neighbourhood. I think they are  such beautiful creatures!

A birth certificate shows we were born.  A death certificate shows we died.  Pictures show we live.

Well...If you are in Scarborough and hang around Progress Ave. and highway 401 you would have a great chance to spot the fox (or better yet, foxes). There is a family of fox which hangs around that area. During the summer when exiting the 401 at Markham Rd in the middle of the afternoon, I was staring at 5 of them on the hill which banks the storage business parking lot along Markham Rd. I managed to take a very poor picture with my cell phone sticking my arm out the window. Saw them once again some time after that running through the storage business parking lot.

Nice photos. Thanks for sharing.I saw a fox today around noon when I was jogging through Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. It was drinking water out of a puddle at a road intersection fairly close to where Mackenzie King was buried.I stood only about 30 feet away but after it saw me it continued drinking and then squatted down on the road to relieve itself. It had very squinty looking eyes like the ones in the photos.

Thanks Rob & dodo.
Egret, it seems to me that most foxes look thin in their summer coat.
