both the indigo and the rose breasted are in my gallery (stephen's birds) so you might be able to a larger image of each on there.
Many thanks
Stephen

I agree with JTF on Indigo Bunting. The size of birds are difficult to judge in photos. There is a "VERY' slim chance it could be a Blue Grosbeak. The time of the year is right for a Blue Grosbeak Did you notice if the bird was solid blue or did it have a couple of rust colored wing bars? That would be diagnostic for an ID. As for the Rose-breasted Grosbeak there really isn't anything to confuse it with. One thing about the RBG is it has a beautiful song very similar to a Robin. A friend of mine liked to say the RBG sounded like a Robin that had taken singing lessons. Bruce [/b][/u]

When someone posts a photo it comes up just fine. At other times I just get an X in the top left corner. Does anyone know why this is. Thanks Bruce

I didn't realise i wasn't using the right location. How should i do it, i would very much appreciate your help?
I didn't see any rust bars on the wing, and i couldn't see the sort of semi crest that BG's seem to have in the books.
