Saw a pair of cormorants flying overhead.
Are they early? Or should they be here yet.

I think they usually arrive in March, so it's normal for them to be here by now. I saw a tree full of them from the Burlington Bridge a few days ago.

I just came from the Leslie Spit where I counted about 100 staking their claims in the colony. I'm sure there were even more on the other side where I couldn't see.

I saw 4 of them at La Salle in Burlington on March 14th.
